Shipping policy

DELIVERY

• Products will be delivered to the address listed on the order confirmation.
• All orders will be delivered by Canada Post or available courrier
• Sorry that we cannot deliver orders outside Canada.

SHIPPING TIME and SHIPPING COST

• All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase.
• Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.
• Once your order has been processed below is expected delivery time :

                    Standard delivery:  about 3 to 7 business days

                     (free delivery if order above $99 before taxes)

                   Express delivery:  about 2 to 4 business days

                     ($25 will be charged; surcharge subject to change

                                                  without prior notification)

• There is no guarantee of delivery time since it is carried by a third party.
• You will receive an email from Canada Post notifying your order being shipped, and a tracking number to trace your parcel delivery.

       If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at

       customerservice@jeandarcel.ca within 24 hours before your order is shipped.
